For each module which is implemented in Sigma70Pred, here we provide the figures and description on how to use that module.
Predict |
| This module allow users to predict the σ70 promoter in a set of nucleotide sequences. User may submit large number of sequences of length 81, and this module predict and classify them into σ70 promoter and non-promoter. |

Scan |
| This module allow users to generate the overlapping patterns of length 81 of the submitted nucleotide sequence and classify each pattern into σ70 promoter and non-promoter. User may submit only one seqeunce at a time. |

Design |
| This module allow users to generate all the possible mutant of the submitted nucleotide sequence and classify each of them into σ70 promoter and non-promoter. User may submit only one seqeunce at a time. |
