Predicting Cancer Stage from Genomics Data

ProstateBio Stage Prediction Tool allows users to differentiate between Early and Late Stage Prostate Cancer using miRNA data. This tool classifies Late Stage as Stage 3 & 4, resulting from the analysis of miRNA-seq data of PRAD (Prostate Cancer) from TCGA. It takes RPMMM (Reads Per Million miRNA-mapped) values of 20 genes (mentioned below) to predict the stage. Information for multiple patients can be entered. Each row corresponds to a single patient, and the columns represent the miRNA in the given order:
