CRC Patient Dataset This dataset is a recent CRC stage III cohort data obtained from "Lindner, Andreas U., et al. "BCL-2 system analysis identifies high-risk colorectal cancer patients." Gut 66.12 (2017): 2141-2148." (Supplementary Table 1) which contains data from Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) primary tumor samples from 134 patients treated with FOLFOX and XELOX chemothrerapy regimes. It includes Bcl2 family protein expression in nM extracted by reverse phase protein array. The dataset also includes clinical information (such as survival time, censoring data, metastatic staging etc. ) obtained from clinically monitoring the patients. |
