This page allows users to search for secondary structures against Cell-Penetrating Peptides. Each secondary structure state is represented by a single-letter:

• H → Helix (DSSP states: H, G, I)
• E → Beta-strand (DSSP states: B, E)
• T → Turn (DSSP states: S, T)
• C → Coil
