This section provides the option to download all the sequences in various categories and annotated structure which are present in CPPsite 3.0 using following links along with their description. The sequences are in in fasta format. The structures are compressed in tgz format. Use following command (in linux) to uncompress the tgz file format (command: 'tar -xzf filename.tgz') and in windows use 'winrar' utility. To download the sequences and structures click on the respective link (blue color and underlined).
