Positive Dataset

The positive dataset consists of approximately 370 experimentally validated anticancer protein sequences sourced from CancerPPD2.

The negative dataset was curated by selecting random sequences from Swiss-Prot that were not Anti-cancer. After filtering the final dataset consisted of 370 unique non-anticancer protein sequences.
