This page allows users to search the query protein sequence against the database of known anti-cancer and non anti-cancer proteins using similarity-based search method, i.e. BLAST. This module will predict the given query sequence as anticancer if it gets any hit from the database and non anti-cancer if it does not get any hit from the database. Users can input multiple protein sequences at once in the text area or upload them in FASTA format. For more information see the help page.
