Method | Stock solutions of dipeptides were prepared by dissolving 0.1–1 mg of them in 50 μl of HFIP. Solution heated and sonicated to dissolve the dipeptide. Assembly was initiated by addition of double-distilled water (1 ml) to the stock solution. Samples were aged 24–48 h before experiments. |
