This webserver has been designed to facilitate research on Plant Disease Resistance Proteins and aid in drug design and development. The primary goal of this server is to predict Plant Disease Resistance Proteins.

This page provides a brief overview on different modules of the server. Following are major modules in this server:

Predict Module

This module allows the user to predict the Plant Disease Resistance Proteins. User may submit a single proteins or multiple proteins in fasta format. User can select the desired model by checking the box provided in the main page.

Design Module

This module allows users to generate mutants of the query protein and each mutant is checked for its Resistance activity according to the model selected by the user.

Protein Scan Module

This module allows users to generate patterns of the query protein of fixed window length and each pattern is checked for its Resistance activity according to the model selected by the user.

Blast Scan Module

This module allows users to search the query protein sequence against the database of known Plant Disease Resistance Proteins using similarity-based search method, i.e. BLAST.
