Designing of Plant DRP proteins


This Module has been developed to design all possible alternate/mutants of the submitted protein. Users are allowed to paste or upload file with multiple protein sequences, and the new protein is formed by mutating a single residue at a time. It can also provide a prediction score, according to the model selected, to identify the PDR protein . Users can also sort the prediction score to find the highest-scored/best mutant Protein, which has PDRP properties. Further, the user can also generate several mutant protein of the given sequence. It allows the user to design the best mutant with the highest score.
