Protein Scan Module (Mouse)

This module allow the user to recognize the important regions in the protein sequence, producing IFN-γ inducing peptides. These IFN-γ inducing regions may be removed or altered for subunit vaccine designing. Additionally, users can also identify novel IFN-γ inducing peptides in the given protein sequence. Further, the user can select the length of the peptide sequences fragment to predict IFN-γ inducing/non-inducing peptides.
