This webserver has been designed to facilitate research on interferon-gamma and aid in vaccine design and development. The primary goal of this server is to predict IFN-gamma inducing peptides.

Predict Module

This module allows the user to predict which proteins can induce the production of IFN-gamma. User may submit a single peptide or multiple peptides in fasta format. User can select the desired model by checking the box provided in the main page.

This module allows users to generate mutants of the query protein and each mutant is checked for its ability to induce the production of IFN-gamma according to the model selected by the user.

Scan Module

This module allows user to identify regions in a protein, which could be potential inducers of IFN-gamma. User may submit a single peptide or multiple peptides in fasta format. User can select the desired model by checking the box provided in the main page.
