HLAncPred: Scan Module

This module has been developed to scan the proteins to find the binders for non-classical HLA-E and HLA-G, using binary profile. With the help of this module, user can identify regions in a protein, which could be the potential binders. The other way round, here users can also search a protein sequence to find out novel peptides with binding ability to HLA-G and HLA-E. It will generate the fragments of length selected by the users and predict their activity. Users can choose either one or more than one alleles by checking the provided boxes.
