This webserver has been designed to help the scientific community in designing non-classical class-I HLA based immunotherpay to combat wide range of diseases. This server helps to predict and scan binders for the non-classical class-I alleles HLA such as HLA-G*01:01, HLA-G*01:03, HLA-G*01:04, HLA-E*01:01, and HLA-E*01:03. This page provides help on different modules of server. Following are major modules in this server:


PREDICT

This module allow users to predict the binders for the non-classical class-I HLA alleles in a set of proteins or peptide submitted. User may submit a single or multiple peptides in the FASTA format. Users are allowed to either select one or multiple HLA-alleles by checking the box provided in the main page. Server will predict the ability of the provided peptide sequences to bind to non-classical HLA alleles.



SCAN

This module allows user to identify regions in a protein, which could be potential binders to non-classical HLA alleles. The other way round, here users can also search a protein sequence to find out novel non-classical HLA binder peptides. User may submit a single or multiple peptides in the FASTA format. Users are allowed to either select one or multiple HLA-alleles by checking the box provided in the main page.
