This page provides help on different modules of server. Following are major modules in this server:
This module allows users to predict the exosomal proteins in a set of proteins or proteins library (virtual screening). User may submit large number of proteins and server will predict and rank them based on their probability of being exosomal.
PREDICT:
MOTIF-SCAN: This module allow users to search for motifs derived using known exosomal proteins, in the query protein sequence(s) using MERCI software.
STANDALONE: This module provides the standalone version of this method which user can use in the absence of internet or can run larger number of sequences at a time.
