Shubham has done his Bachelors and Masters from IISER Kolkata majoring in Biological Sciences (2019). He has completed his thesis work at NIBMG, Kalyani which was based on Sepsis microarray data analysis. He has also done a one-year stint on viral informatics at CSIR-IMtech, Chandigarh.

Shubham Choudhury

Background:
Nishant Kumar completed his graduation in B.Sc.(Biotechnology) and M.Sc.(Biotechnology) from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut (U.P.) in 2019. In his earlier career, he worked with MCCL Department on the project "AXTEX-4D" as Trainee in Premas Biotech, Gurugram, Haryana. He qualified CSIR-UGC NET exam in 2020 and continue his journey in computational biology with Raghava’s lab in 2021.

Nisha Bajiya belongs to Makrana, Rajasthan. She has done her graduation in Biotechnology from Biyani Girls College, Jaipur, affiliated with Rajasthan University in 2017. Further, she did her Master's in Biotechnology from Jaipur National University, Jaipur in 2019 accompanied by a gold medal with 91.08%. She has qualified CSIR-JRF(2020), ICMR-JRF(2020), DBT-JRF(2020) and GATE-BT(2021). She has also been selected for PhD in AIIMS and worked there for 6 months as PhD scholar.

Nisha Bajiya

Background: Anand Singh Rathore is from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. He has an academic background in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology at the undergraduate level from APSU, Rewa, and holds an M.Sc. in Zoology from Hans Raj college, University of Delhi, with a strong focus on bioinformatics and AI-driven biological research.

Present Status: His research focuses on peptide and protein toxicity prediction, machine learning and large language models, and computational drug discovery, with the goal of accelerating safer therapeutic development. He has contributed to several widely used bioinformatics tools and databases, including ToxinPred 3.0, HemoPI2, Hemolytik2, and NTxPred2.
Anand Singh Rathore

Shivani Malik belong from Baraut (Baghpat) UP and she is a PhD student at IIIT Delhi under Prof. G.P.S Raghava. She did her masters in bioinformatics from CCS University (Meerut) and secured first rank. She have found herself very interested in Computational biology, biomarkers, predictions, cancer genomics and machine learning.

Naman Mehta

Background:
Pushpendra Singh Gahlot has an academic background in life sciences, having completed a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Rajasthan and an M.Sc. in Botany from the University of Kota, with specialization in Plant Pathology. His education has strengthened his interest in plant health, disease biology, and crop improvement technologies.
Research Interest:
He is interested in studying molecular and computational aspects of the plant immune system, including how plants recognize pathogens and trigger defense pathways. He is also keen to work on genetically modified foods and GM crops, focusing on their biosafety, risk assessment, and potential for sustainable agriculture and improved nutrition.
Present Status:
He is currently working on bioinformatics tool development for GM crops, with an emphasis on computational prediction models and data-driven approaches for genetic engineering research
