Nisha Bajiya is a fifth-year PhD scholar at IIIT-Delhi, working with Prof. Gajendra P.S. Raghava on machine learning approaches to Antibacteral peptides, Cell-penetrating peptides and Aptamer Therapeutics. Her research focuses on development of prediction tools and resources based on Peptide and Aptamer-based therapeutics.In this work, she has developed CPP prediction tool and identify theri subcellular locatiozations.
Naman Kumar Mehta is a third-year PhD scholar at IIIT-Delhi, working with Prof. Gajendra P.S. Raghava on machine learning approaches to immunoinformatics. His research focuses on predicting immunologically critical molecular interaction of antigen and antibody. He is also working in the area of lysosomal protein cleavage site prediction and Interleukin-2 Inducing Peptides.
Prof. Raghava leads the Raghava Lab at IIIT Delhi, developing over 300 open-source computational biology tools used worldwide for Immunoinformatics, Peptide theraputics and Drug discovery.
