This webserver has been designed to help the scientific community working in the field of antibiotic resistance. This server predict antibiotic resistant or susceptible proteins/peptides.

Predict: This module allows users to predict resistance/susceptibility of any new beta-lactamase protein sequence towards ceftazidime antibiotic. User may submit large number of peptides and server will predict the given peptide as antibiotic resistant or susceptible.
