Antihypertensive Acivity of Tripeptides

This page provides antihypertensive activity of all possible tripeptides (20 × 20 × 20 = 8000). Experimentally validated tripeptides' antihypertensive activity (pIC50) is shown by black color. For rest of the tripeptieds, we computed antihypertensive activity (pIC50) using one of the features given below (amino acid composition, atomic composition, Descriptors) which are presented by blue color. User needs to select first residue of tripeptides, rest of the residues (2nd and 3rd residues) are presented by a matrix of dimension 20 × 20. User may select desired model for prediction.
