Scanning AHT (7-12 length) in a Protein

User(s) can submit protein sequence (in single letter code) to generate all possible peptide fragments of length 7-12 residues (with predicted antihypertensive ability and physicochemical properties). Mutants of the generated peptide fragments may be generated to design best putative antihypertensive peptide. Graphical display of results is an interesting feature to estimate putative antihypertensive peptides present in whole protein.
