This is the standalone page of TransFacPred. The user is allowed to run all facilities provided in TransFacPred web-server on their local machine using these scripts and files. This will be available as Python codes with all the necessary models to predict if the query sequence is a transcription facor or not. All the codes, files, and instructions are also provided in the GitHub repository of TransFacPred
