Predict: This module allows users to predict transcription factors using their sequence information. User may submit large number of proteins and server will predict if the submitted sequence could be a transcription factor..
BLAST Search: This page allows users to search the query protein sequence against the database of known transcription factors using similarity-based search method, i.e. BLAST.
