Protein Scanning

This module help user to scan toxic region from the protein sequence.User can select the peptide fragment length and then all possible overlapping peptides are generated and further their mutants along with svm score are displayed. Here results are displayed in two forms a)Tabular form b)Graphical form.

QMS calculator

This tool allows user to design the peptides with help of Quantitative Matrix based position specific score.User can calculate quantitative matrix score of each residue. Further max and min residue for that particular position along with the quantitative matrix score is given.User is provided with the option to mutate the residue to increase or decrease the toxicity value.
