This page provides help to the users of ThpPred on how to efficiently use the various modules. For each module which is implemented in ThpPred, here we provide the figures and description on how to use that module.
This module enables users to screen therapeutic/non-therapeutic proteins from large protien libraries in FASTA format. It allows users to choose either Random forest model or Hybrid model and their threshold value. Users can download the results in .csv format.
This module allows users to input a query sequence which is non-therapeutic and performs single point mutation to return all possible mutated sequences which are therapeutic, if any. It also facilitates users to download .csv result file.
This module allows users to find therapeutic motifs for multiple query protien sequences. This module also enables users to download the results obtained in .csv file.
