Designing Therapeutic Proteins

The "Design Module" is developed for producing all possible alternate/mutants of a protein. The new protein is formed by mutating a single residue at a time. It can also provide a prediction score, to identify the therapeutic proteins. Users can also sort the prediction score to find the highest scored/best mutant protein. Further, the user can also generate several mutant proteins of the given sequence. It allows the user to design the best mutant with the highest score. We have implemented the Random Forest based model at the back-end, as it has outperformed the other classifiers. For more information see help page!
