Welcome to Tertiary structure Page of SATPdb

This module allow users to perform structure based similarity against SATPdb. User may submit tertiary structure of their peptide to search therapeutic peptides having similar structure. The page can accept the input in major file formats (PDB, Smiles). User can also draw their stucture using Marvin applet. In addition user may select desired search options (searching is performed using JCsearch). The PDB format is set as default format.

Draw Structure

This module was developed for searching peptides using a chemical molecule as a query. It allows users to draw the chemical structure using the Marvin applet. Users have the choice to either build a new molecule or edit/modify an existing molecule. For further information please visit Help page.

PDB search Page

This module had been designed with the aim to provide virtual screening facility to scientific community. Using this tool, users can screen their peptide library and identify similar or exact peptides from various databases.
