This is the Help page for the RotaPred website.

This web server has been designed to help the scientific community to predict the zoonotic hosts of Rotavirus A from Genome Sequences. This page provides help on different modules of the server. After submitting single or multiple genome sequences in .fasta format, the user will have to click on the "Predict" button. The server will predict the zoonotic host of the virus. The output will be in .csv format. An example sequence has been provided in the input section.
