Motif scan

This module allows users to scan or map motifs present in the query sequence. The MERCI program, was used to derive the motifs from experimentally validated Rheumatoid arthritis disease causing epitopes. Here, the user can search for the crucial motifs present in the query protein sequence to find out its role as RA induder or RA disease non-inducer. This module allows the users to submit the multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA format. For more information see Help
