The stability of proteins at higher temperatures is crucial for its functionality that is measured by their melting temperature (Tm). A webserver for the designing of thermostable proteins with a desired melting temperature. We created a user-friendly web server and a python package for predicting and designing thermostable proteins. The cost of experimental methods used for identifying the thermostability of proteins are expensive and time-consuming in nature; therefore the computational techniques are a better alternative to predict the melting temperature of proteins. Design module of PPTstab generates all possible variants of a protein and their Tm, so that users can select a variant with desired Tm.
