Reverse complement of RNA for all K-mers

This module allow users to compute reverse complement k-mer composition of RNA sequences . User may enter either one sequence in one line or sequences in FASTA format. For more information see HELP page.

This section allow users to select either complete or specific portion of the seqeunce, such as

Whole: Performs operation on complete sequence
Start: This allows to cut the user specified portion from the starting of the sequence
End: This allows to cut the user specified portion from the end of the sequence
Split: This allows users to split the sequence into fragments and performs calculation indepedently
Rest: This allows users to drop the residues from start and end, and performs calculation on the remaining fragment
