Sequence-based Module

This page allows users to predict NAG interacting residues in a protein from its primary sequence. This module uses binary profiles of a protein sequence to predict NAG binding sites in a protein. Models were developed using different machine learning techniques like SVM, ANN, Random Forest, KNN. This module allow users to submit multiple protein sequences at a time in FASTA For more information see help page
