MRSLpred is a multilabel mRNA subcellular localization prediction tool that is designed to predict all possible locations of a mRNA sequence based on its nucleotide composition. A XGBoost classifier lies at the centre of this tool combined with inputs from a motif module which identifies the presence of discriminatory motifs in each location.
