Mapping of IL-5 inducing peptide on a protein

"Protein Scan" module permits the user to recognize the crucial regions in the protein sequence, secreting IL-5 inducing peptides. These IL-5 inducing regions may be removed or altered for subunit vaccine designing. Further, users can identify novel IL-5 inducing peptides in the given protein sequence. They can select the length of the peptide sequences fragment to predict IL-5 inducing/non-inducing peptides.
