Gene wise analysis of cancer genomics data

This tool allows the analysis of cancer genomics data for a single patient in the form of RSEM value. User can submit the RSEM value of genes and analyze whether the normalized score of the patient is above or below the given threshold. If gene is overexpressed, and score of sample is above threshold then its chance that the sample is in metastatic stage. Thus, the user can see what is the expression status of each gene, which can point towards whether the patient is in the primary or metastatic stage of cancer.
