Predicting Cancer Status of a Batch of subjects from 33 Signature CpG sites Data

This tool allows the users to submit methylation beta values of CpG sites (Probe IDs associated with CpG sites) and predict the disease's condition using methylation data of 33 signature CpG sites, resulting from analysis of CpG site associated methylation array data of Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma from TCGA dataset from GDC Data portal . This method requires methylation beta values of 33 CpG sites in each patient to predict whether subject have normal, early or late stage of cancer. The first column is CpG sites and in second column methylatin level of corresponding CpG sites in terms of methylation beta value in a particular number of patients. Submit csv file in which each number represents the Methylation beta value derived CpG sites methylation array intensity data of the Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma:

Example csv file    Choose SVM threshold:                   SVM threshold is required for prediction. Moving the threshold value in either direction (positive or negative) will lead to increase in probability of correct prediction in that direction
