Predicting Cancer Stage i.e. Stage-I or Late Stage of a Batch of subjects from Signature mRNA Data

This tool allows the users to submit FPKM values of mRNA and predict the the cancer stage i.e. Stage-I or Late stage using mRNA expression data of signature mRNAs, resulting from analysis of mRNA-seq data of Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma from TCGA dataset from GDC Data portal . This method requires FPKM values of 5 mRNA in each patient to predict cancer stage i.e. whether subject is in stage-I or Late stage of LIHC. The first column is mRNA and in second column expression of corresponding mRNA in terms of FPKM value in a particular number of patients. For more information please click Help.

Submit csv file in which each number represents the FPKM value derived from mRNA expression of each subject derived from mRNAseq data of the Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma:

Example csv file    Choose SVM threshold:                   SVM threshold is required for prediction. Moving the threshold value in either direction (positive or negative) will lead to increase in probability of correct prediction in that direction
