AntiCP 3.0 : Prediction of Anti-Cancer Proteins

AntiCP 3.0 is a web server developed to predict the anticancer activity of proteins. It is an updated version of AntiCP 2.0, which was tailored for predicting the anticancer activity of peptides. AntiCP 3.0 focuses on longer-length proteins and utilizes a fine-tuned ESM2-t33 model, trained on experimentally validated anticancer proteins. It also integrates BLAST to identify similarities with known anticancer proteins, further enhancing its predictive accuracy.
