HELP PAGE FOR SECONDARY STRUCTURE SEARCH

In this option user has to submit query peptide's secondary structure (H for helix (DSSP states: H, G, I), E for beta-strand (DSSP states: B, E), T for turn (DSSP state: S, T) and C for coil) which will be searched against the peptides of the database.

RESULT

1.To search for peptides based on their secondary structure, paste or type the secondary structure of the peptide in single letter.

2.User can choose either Containing or Exact search options to get the result of peptide sequences that contain the query peptide or that are identical to query submitted, respectively.

3.Click on the Run Analysis! button to get the result.
