HELP PAGE FOR SMILES SEARCH
User can search the query in the SMILES format against whole peptide database stored in SMILES format. In this way user can search peptides with similar SMILES notation as that of their query molecule.
1.To perform smiles search, paste or type the SMILES sequence.
2.User can choose either Exact, Substructure, superstructure or exact fragment search options to get the desired SMILES notation of the peptide.
3.Finally click on the Search button to submit query.
