E-poster

One of the primary goal of the HIT summit is to promote young faculty and students working in any area of health-related informatics. In order to achieve that, we encourage participants to present their work in form of E-poster. Participants need to submit brief their e-poster title, abstract,etc. Committee members will shortlist releveant abstract for e-poster presentation. Shortlisted participants will be required to share their e-poster in form of 5 minutes pre-recorded video. One of the major critera for submitting abstract for poster is that it should describe one or more than one free computation service (Standalone software, web server, mobile apps) developed in India based on peer review paper.

Instructions for e-Poster Presentation

  • Upload a single word file with requested details while filling the registration form.
  • Abstract shall be of approx. 250 words.
  • Link/URL to services (e.g., software, web server, database, mobile app) developed by participant.
  • Reference to the papers (DOI/ Pubmed ID) for the above services.
  • Shortlisted Participants shall recieve further instructions via email.
  • Winners shall get cerificates and Prize.
