Problems During Personal Genome Sequencing

The advantage of developing disease prediction tools, biomarkers and personalized medicines related tools will come into existence only when personal genomes will be available there. They all based upon the personal genomic information, for example a person want to have an idea about his susceptiblity for a particular disease, the primary thing, he must have genomic sequence information of his own. Although genome sequencing techniques have become so much fast, we have lot of genomic data freely available today still they are not much fast to fulfill our needs.
