This tool allows user to scan anti cancer and non-anti cancer peptide motifs in their query sequences. User can paste or type peptide sequences and server will scan peptides for the presence of all possible anti cancer/non-anti cancer peptide motifs and display the results in tabular format demonstrating number of positive and negative motifs in query sequences.
