A database of structurally annotated peptides
This is a database of structurally annotated peptides; sequence of these peptides were obtained from peptide databases available in public domain. we annotated/predicted structures of these peptides and integrated numerious tools to our database so user may extract peptides having desired structure, property and function. The detailed description about SATPdb is provided in the introduction section.
