Brief Discription Database of neuropeptides |

Introduction Neuropedia is manually curated database of neuropeptides. It consists of peptide sequences along with genomic and taxonomic information and spectral libraries of identified MS/MS spectra of homolog neuropeptides form multiple species. Searching MS/MS data of neuropeptide against sequences present in NeuroPedia will improve the sensitivity of database search tools. |
