Introduction
BaAMPs is manually curated database of biofilm active antimicrobial peptides. Database provides various information such as AMP sequence, chemical modifications, target organism with which peptide is associated, concentration of peptide, percentage of biofilm inhibition/reduction. Furthermore, peptides and experimental data present into it are linked to the DOI of the related original article. The database will be useful to various microbiologists, bioinformatics researchers and medical scientists.
