Brief Discription Database of Antimicrobial Peptides |

Introduction APD2 is the updated version of antimicrobial peptide database. Currrently, this database contains 1228 entries with 65 anticancer, 76 antiviral (53 anti-HIV), 327 antifungal and 944 antibacterial peptides. This updated database allows users to search different peptide families, source of peptides, peptides which are post translationally modified and peptide binding targets. |
