HTML view
The server offers HTML view in two formats, each with its own advantages. The user can select the display form the sequence submission form.
HTML view I: The display is handy in locating overlapping binding regions in terms of their extend of overlap. Here each binding region is displayed seperately on seperate line.
From the above figure it can be seen that
every region under lined by "********" is
a binder to corresponding MHC allele. In region from aa 60 to 71 there
are two overlaping frames with two amino acid overlap (allele HLA-DRB1*0101),
whereas for HLA_DRB1*0102 the binding frames have an overlap of six
amino acids, this distinction will not be very much visible in HTML view-II.
HTML view II: This view is similar to that used by TEPITOPE. The parallel display of predicted regions in this view is helpful in selecting promiscuous binders. Predicted binders are displayed as blue colored region, with P1 anchor or the starting residue of each predicted binding frame as red colored.
