Dataset Of PreMieR:

Mannose interacting data used here were taken from the PDB database. Data contains a total 120 protein chain. For interacting dataset we find the list of Mannose interacting residue using Ligand Protein Contact (LPC) and convert it into lowercase while non-interacting residues are in uppercase.
