PPRInt2.0 Webserver
This is the help page of PPRInt2.0. This webserver has been designed to help the scientific community to identify RNA-interacting residues in a protein sequence using machine learning based approach. This is the update version of PPRInt, devloped by Raghava's group.
Predict
This module allows users to predict the RNA interacting residues in a protein sequence by calculating four different profiles such as binary profile (AAB), physicochemical profile (PCB), and position-specific scoring matrix (PSSM) profile. We have implemented 1D-CNN based model in the back-end. This module predicts the RNA-interacting residues based on the selected threshold, such as if the calculated score for a residue is greater than the selected threshold then that residue is assingned as interacting otherwise non-interacting. User may submit large number of protein sequences and server will predict and rank them based on their potential to act as RNA-interacting.
