Welcome to Advance Modification Module for Beginners

It provides an easy alternative to incorporate multiple modifications (non-natural, PTM, D-amino acids, cyclization etc.) at different positions in the peptide. A user only needs to enter the peptide sequence and his/her email address. After submission, a user friendly interface in the tabular form is displayed in which amino acids of peptide sequence are present in one column and the other columns contain dropdown menu for incorporating different modifications.
